NeonBetX ("we", "us", "the Platform") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and what rights you have over it. By creating an account or playing on the Platform, you accept the practices described below.
1. Data we collect
1.1 Account data
- Email address (required for sign-in and security notifications).
- Username (public, chosen by you).
- Hashed password (we never see or store your password in clear text).
- OAuth identifiers if you sign in with a third-party provider.
1.2 Wallet & financial data
- Derived deposit addresses (Solana / EVM) generated for your account.
- On-chain transaction hashes and amounts associated with deposits and withdrawals.
- In-game balances, wagers, payouts and rakeback claims.
1.3 Technical data
- IP address, browser, device type and approximate geolocation (country-level).
- Session tokens, login timestamps and security events.
- Provably-fair game seeds (server seed hash, client seed, nonce).
2. How we use your data
- To operate the Platform: create your account, credit deposits, settle bets, process withdrawals.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, multi-accounting and money laundering.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- To improve product quality (aggregated, non-identifying analytics).
- To send security alerts and, if you opt in, product updates.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process personal data under: (a) performance of the contract between you and NeonBetX, (b) our legitimate interest in running a safe gaming platform, (c) compliance with legal obligations (AML, tax), and (d) your consent for optional marketing communications.
4. Sharing
We never sell your data. We share strictly limited data with:
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, edge functions) bound by data-processing agreements.
- Blockchain RPC providers to read and broadcast on-chain transactions.
- Regulators or law enforcement when legally required.
- Your referrer, but only your username and aggregated wagering volume — never your email or balance.
5. Retention
Account, wallet and transaction data is retained for as long as your account is active and for up to 5 years after closure to comply with anti-money-laundering record-keeping rules. Technical logs are rotated within 90 days. You can request earlier deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Your rights
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion of data we are not legally required to retain.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent — at any time for optional processing.

7. Security
We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Private keys for hot wallets are stored in hardware-protected secret managers and never exposed to client code. Access to production data is restricted to a minimal number of administrators and fully audited.
8. International transfers
Some of our processors may operate outside your country. When data leaves the EEA, it is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
9. Children
The Platform is strictly for adults (18+ or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete any such data immediately on discovery.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
