These Terms form a binding contract between you ("Player") and NeonBetX ("Platform"), operated by a company duly registered in Cyprus as an online casino operator. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted them.
1. Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction — whichever is higher.
- You are not resident in or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory (see § 12).
- You are acting on your own behalf, with your own funds, of your own free will.
- You are not subject to international sanctions and are not a politically exposed person required to declare so.
2. Account
- One account per person, household and IP. Multi-accounting will result in account closure and confiscation of associated balances.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials, recovery codes and 2FA secrets safe.
- We may at any time request KYC documentation (identity, address, source of funds) before processing a withdrawal.
3. Deposits & withdrawals
- Deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.
- Sending an unsupported asset, wrong network, or smart-contract transfer may result in irreversible loss of funds.
- Withdrawals are processed after manual or automated review; large withdrawals may require KYC.
- Network fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount.
4. Wagering & game rules
- All games are provably fair: server seed hash is published before each round, the unhashed seed and your client seed allow you to verify the outcome.
- The minimum and maximum bet for each asset is enforced server-side and may change at any time.
- Any bug, glitch or exploit must be reported immediately. Wagers placed exploiting a known error are void.
- The Platform's records of bets, balances and outcomes are authoritative.
5. Bonuses, rakeback & VIP
- Rakeback is calculated on net loss for your current VIP tier and credited when you claim it.
- Bonus abuse — including coordinated play with referrals, low-variance / opposite-bet strategies, or multi-accounting — voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
- Affiliate commissions are credited on referred players' deposits and net losses, never on uncovered wagers.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Using bots, automated scripts, VPNs to bypass geo-blocks, or any third-party tool that interferes with the game.
- Chargebacks, fraudulent deposits, or use of funds derived from criminal activity.
- Coordinated play with other players to influence outcomes or bonuses.
- Harassing other players, support staff or moderators.
7. Suspension & closure
We may suspend or close any account, freeze balances and reverse transactions where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, AML risk, or a regulatory requirement. You may close your own account at any time from the Settings page.
8. Liability
Gambling involves risk. Only wager what you can afford to lose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability towards you for any claim relating to the Platform is capped at the net amount deposited by you over the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual property
All Platform code, art, sounds, brand and game mechanics are owned by NeonBetX or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal play only.
10. Disputes
Try support first: support@neonbetx.com. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
12. Restricted territories
Including but not limited to: United States and its territories, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Spain, Australia, Singapore, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, and any jurisdiction where online gambling with cryptocurrency is prohibited. It is your responsibility to comply with local law.
